Refund Policy

Please be mindful and respectful of the time you have booked for your reading. This is a sacred process involving your loved ones, and creating the right space and energy is essential.

To get the most out of your session, please plan accordingly and arrive on time for your scheduled Zoom meeting or in-person reading.

Make sure to review the “Preparation for Your Reading” section to help you get centered before we begin.

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the address for the home/office location.
   
• Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
   
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.
   
• If you're running late, please call, text, or email to let me know.
   
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
   
• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
   

• A 2-week cancellation notice is required for private parties and group bookings to receive a 50% refund.
   
• For in-person private parties, additional mileage and parking fees may apply:
   
  • Mileage fees apply for travel beyond 15 miles.
     
  • The host is responsible for full reimbursement of any parking fees.
     

Travel for private bookings is available both in and out of state.
All out-of-state bookings require full coverage of lodging and travel expenses.
